If the situation arises that the vendor is not completely satisfied with the outcome of the validation process, we are happy to extend our service to review the outstanding issue expressed by the vendor provided we are informed in good time with reasonable grounds to justify the case. Please email: inform@UKReg-accreditation.org attaching a document highlighting the outstanding issue and supporting reasoning for the case.
The case will be reviewed by us, the Software Testing House, and the decision will be finalised by CLG. A disputed application will be considered closed after this point regardless of the outcome, in which case the vendor will have to re-submit a new application if a further attempt at software approval is pursued.
