The Government ORCalc Software [ version 3.6.1 ]

The DCLG ORCalc Software is available for download:

  • v3.6.1 (no longer permits Default Display Energy Certificate to be created)
Please read the documentation included in the download before attempting to install the software. Log-in name and password are required and can be obtained by filling up and submitting the request form below:

   CIP database   

The software must use the official CIP database available from Landmark to produce valid DEC and AR. However, for training purposes ONLY, a dummy version has been made available for use and is included in the software installation pack.

Note: software using dummy CIP will NOT produce accurate OR ratings.
